Workplace Violence and Harassment Legislation

What is Bill 168?
Bill 168 is an Act to amend the current Occupational Health and Safety Act with respect to violence and harassment in the workplace. This Act received Royal Assent on December 15, 2009.

Who does this Legislation Impact?
Organizations in Ontario must have Workplace Violence and Harassment policies and procedures in place by June 15, 2010.
